Toliau taisyklėse vadinama VeloxEntry arba mes. VeloxEntry valdo renginių registracijos, bilietų, atvykimo registracijos ir kontaktų mezgimo platformą. Ji veikia adresais veloxentry.com, app.veloxentry.com, kiosk.veloxentry.com ir atskirų renginių subdomenuose, pavyzdžiui renginys.veloxentry.com.

Referred to below as VeloxEntry or we. VeloxEntry operates an event registration, ticketing, check-in and networking platform at veloxentry.com, app.veloxentry.com, kiosk.veloxentry.com and on individual event subdomains such as event.veloxentry.com.

2. Kam taikomos taisyklės

Šios taisyklės taikomos visiems, kurie naudojasi platforma: svetainės lankytojams, renginių dalyviams, organizatoriams ir jų komandos nariams.

Naudodamiesi platforma arba susikurdami paskyrą, sutinkate su šiomis taisyklėmis. Jei nesutinkate, platforma nesinaudokite.

Šios taisyklės veikia kartu su kitais dokumentais:

  • Pirkimo taisyklės nustato, kaip perkami bilietai ir paslaugos, kaip atsiskaitoma ir grąžinami pinigai.
  • Privatumo politika nustato, kaip tvarkomi asmens duomenys.
  • Jei organizatorius su VeloxEntry yra pasirašęs paslaugų teikimo sutartį, tarp jų pirmiausia taikoma sutartis, o šios taisyklės taikomos tiek, kiek sutartis to nereglamentuoja.

Konkretaus renginio taisykles, pavyzdžiui įleidimo tvarką ar elgesio reikalavimus, nustato to renginio organizatorius.

2. Who these terms apply to

These terms apply to everyone who uses the platform: website visitors, event attendees, organisers and their team members.

By using the platform or creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

These terms work together with other documents:

  • The Terms of purchase set out how tickets and services are bought, how payment is made and when money is refunded.
  • The Privacy policy sets out how personal data is processed.
  • If an organiser has signed a service agreement with VeloxEntry, that agreement applies first between them, and these terms apply to anything the agreement does not cover.

The rules of a specific event, such as entry procedures or conduct requirements, are set by that event’s organiser.

3. Sąvokos

  • Platforma: VeloxEntry svetainės, programėlės, kioskų programinė įranga ir renginių puslapiai.
  • Organizatorius: asmuo, kuris naudoja platformą renginiui rengti, registracijai ar bilietams pardavinėti.
  • Dalyvis: asmuo, kuris registruojasi į renginį, perka bilietą arba dalyvauja renginyje.
  • Komandos narys: organizatoriaus pakviestas asmuo, pavyzdžiui darbuotojas ar savanoris, kuriam suteikta prieiga prie renginio valdymo.
  • Paskyra: asmeninė prieiga prie platformos, sukurta el. pašto adresu.
  • Turinys: tekstai, nuotraukos, logotipai, failai ir kita informacija, kurią naudotojas įkelia į platformą.

3. Definitions

  • Platform: VeloxEntry websites, apps, kiosk software and event pages.
  • Organiser: a person who uses the platform to run an event, registration or ticket sales.
  • Attendee: a person who registers for an event, buys a ticket or takes part in an event.
  • Team member: a person invited by an organiser, such as an employee or volunteer, who is given access to manage an event.
  • Account: personal access to the platform, created with an email address.
  • Content: texts, images, logos, files and other information that a user uploads to the platform.

4. Paskyra

Kurdami paskyrą, pateikite teisingus ir aktualius duomenis. Viena paskyra skirta vienam asmeniui.

Saugokite prisijungimo duomenis ir niekam jų neperduokite. Už veiksmus, atliktus jūsų paskyroje, atsakote jūs, nebent įrodote, kad paskyra buvo naudojama be jūsų žinios ir apie tai mums nedelsdami pranešėte.

Pastebėję neteisėtą prisijungimą, nedelsdami parašykite info@veloxentry.com.

Jaunesni nei 14 metų asmenys gali registruotis tik su tėvų ar globėjų sutikimu.

Paskyrą galite panaikinti bet kada, parašę mums el. paštu. Su paskyra susiję duomenys tvarkomi taip, kaip aprašyta privatumo politikoje.

4. Account

When you create an account, provide accurate and current details. One account is for one person.

Keep your login details safe and do not share them. You are responsible for actions taken in your account, unless you show that the account was used without your knowledge and you told us about it without delay.

If you notice unauthorised access, email info@veloxentry.com straight away.

Persons under 14 may register only with the consent of a parent or guardian.

You can delete your account at any time by emailing us. Data related to the account is handled as described in the privacy policy.

5. Dalyvio naudojimasis platforma

  • Registruodamiesi į renginį, pateikite teisingus duomenis. Pagal juos gali būti spausdinama jūsų vardinė kortelė ir tikrinama teisė patekti į renginį.
  • Bilietas ir jo QR kodas yra asmeniniai. Perduoti bilietą kitam asmeniui galima tik tada, kai tai leidžia organizatorius.
  • Dalyvis pats sprendžia, kokią informaciją apie save pateikti kontaktų mezgimo profilyje.
  • Leisdami rėmėjui ar parodos dalyviui nuskenuoti savo kortelės QR kodą, perduodate jam savo kontaktinius duomenis. Nenorėdami jų perduoti, kortelės nenuskenuoti neleiskite.
  • Žinutes kitiems dalyviams rašykite mandagiai ir tik su renginiu ar profesine veikla susijusiais tikslais. Nesiųskite reklamos ir masinių žinučių.
  • Klausimai pranešėjams ir apklausų atsakymai gali būti rodomi salėje ir organizatoriui.

5. How attendees use the platform

  • When you register for an event, provide accurate details. They may be used to print your name badge and to check your right to enter the event.
  • Your ticket and its QR code are personal. A ticket may be passed to another person only where the organiser allows it.
  • Attendees decide for themselves what information to show in their networking profile.
  • When you let a sponsor or exhibitor scan the QR code on your badge, you share your contact details with them. If you do not want to share them, do not let your badge be scanned.
  • Keep messages to other attendees polite and related to the event or your professional activity. Do not send advertising or bulk messages.
  • Questions for speakers and poll answers may be shown in the room and to the organiser.

6. Organizatoriaus naudojimasis platforma

  • Organizatorius platformoje skelbia tik teisėtus renginius ir pateikia teisingą informaciją: datą, vietą, kainą, dalyvavimo ir pinigų grąžinimo sąlygas.
  • Organizatorius atsako už patį renginį: jo turinį, saugumą, vietą ir įleidimo tvarką.
  • Dalyvių asmens duomenų valdytojas yra organizatorius. Jis turi teisėtą pagrindą rinkti ir naudoti dalyvių duomenis ir renka tik tiek duomenų, kiek reikia renginiui. VeloxEntry šiuos duomenis tvarko organizatoriaus vardu.
  • Laiškus ir pranešimus dalyviams organizatorius siunčia laikydamasis teisės aktų. Rinkodaros pranešimai siunčiami tik tiems, kurie tam sutiko.
  • Organizatorius pats suteikia prieigą komandos nariams, parenka jų roles ir teises ir atsako už jų veiksmus platformoje.
  • Organizatorius turi teisę naudoti įkeliamą turinį: logotipus, nuotraukas, pranešėjų ir partnerių informaciją.
  • Jei organizatorius platformą naudoja kito asmens, pavyzdžiui kliento, vardu, jis atsako, kad turi tam reikiamus įgaliojimus.

6. How organisers use the platform

  • Organisers publish only lawful events on the platform and provide accurate information: date, venue, price, participation and refund terms.
  • The organiser is responsible for the event itself: its content, safety, venue and entry procedures.
  • The organiser is the controller of attendees’ personal data. The organiser has a lawful basis to collect and use attendee data and collects only as much data as the event needs. VeloxEntry processes this data on the organiser’s behalf.
  • The organiser sends emails and notifications to attendees in line with the law. Marketing messages are sent only to those who agreed to receive them.
  • The organiser grants access to team members, chooses their roles and permissions, and is responsible for their actions on the platform.
  • The organiser has the right to use the content it uploads: logos, images, speaker and partner information.
  • If an organiser uses the platform on behalf of another person, such as a client, the organiser is responsible for having the necessary authority.

7. Draudžiama veikla

Naudojantis platforma draudžiama:

  • skelbti neteisėtą, apgaulingą, įžeidžiantį ar kitų asmenų teises pažeidžiantį turinį;
  • apsimesti kitu asmeniu ar organizacija;
  • siųsti nepageidaujamus pranešimus, reklamą ar masines žinutes kitiems naudotojams;
  • rinkti kitų naudotojų duomenis tam neskirtais būdais, pavyzdžiui automatiškai kopijuoti dalyvių sąrašus;
  • perparduoti bilietus be organizatoriaus leidimo;
  • bandyti apeiti prieigos ribojimus, trikdyti platformos veikimą ar ieškoti jos pažeidžiamumų be mūsų rašytinio sutikimo;
  • platinti kenkėjišką programinę įrangą;
  • naudoti platformą kitiems neteisėtiems tikslams.

7. Prohibited conduct

When using the platform, you must not:

  • publish unlawful, misleading or offensive content, or content that infringes the rights of others;
  • impersonate another person or organisation;
  • send unsolicited messages, advertising or bulk messages to other users;
  • collect other users’ data by means not intended for that purpose, for example by automatically copying attendee lists;
  • resell tickets without the organiser’s permission;
  • try to bypass access restrictions, disrupt the platform or probe it for vulnerabilities without our written consent;
  • distribute malicious software;
  • use the platform for any other unlawful purpose.

8. Turinys ir intelektinė nuosavybė

Platformos programinė įranga, dizainas, prekių ženklas VeloxEntry ir kita medžiaga priklauso VeloxEntry arba naudojama teisėtai. Jų negalima kopijuoti, keisti ar platinti be mūsų rašytinio sutikimo.

Jūsų įkeltas turinys lieka jūsų. Įkeldami jį, suteikiate VeloxEntry neišimtinę teisę jį saugoti, rodyti ir apdoroti tiek, kiek reikia paslaugoms teikti, pavyzdžiui parodyti logotipą renginio puslapyje ar kortelėje.

Jei manote, kad platformoje paskelbtas turinys pažeidžia jūsų teises, parašykite info@veloxentry.com. Pranešimą įvertiname ir, jei reikia, turinį pašaliname.

8. Content and intellectual property

The platform software, design, the VeloxEntry trade mark and other materials belong to VeloxEntry or are used lawfully. They may not be copied, modified or distributed without our written consent.

Content you upload remains yours. By uploading it, you give VeloxEntry a non-exclusive right to store, display and process it as far as needed to provide the services, for example to show a logo on an event page or badge.

If you believe content published on the platform infringes your rights, email info@veloxentry.com. We assess the report and remove the content where needed.

9. Platformos veikimas ir pakeitimai

Siekiame, kad platforma veiktų be pertrūkių. Vis dėlto jos veikimas gali sutrikti dėl techninių darbų, trečiųjų šalių paslaugų ar kitų priežasčių, kurių negalime kontroliuoti.

Apie planinius darbus, kurie gali paveikti renginius, organizatorius stengiamės informuoti iš anksto.

Platformą nuolat tobuliname. Galime keisti, papildyti ar nutraukti atskiras funkcijas. Jei pakeitimas esmingai paveikia organizatoriaus jau užsakytas paslaugas, apie tai pranešame iš anksto.

9. Platform operation and changes

We aim to keep the platform running without interruption. However, it may be affected by maintenance, third-party services or other causes beyond our control.

We try to inform organisers in advance of planned maintenance that may affect events.

We keep improving the platform. We may change, add or discontinue individual features. If a change materially affects services an organiser has already ordered, we give notice in advance.

10. Integracijos ir trečiųjų šalių paslaugos

Platforma gali būti susieta su kitomis sistemomis: mokėjimų platforma, Apple Wallet ar Google Wallet, organizatoriaus bilietų sistema, klientų valdymo sistema, programavimo sąsaja (API) ir automatiniais įvykių pranešimais kitoms sistemoms.

Naudojantis šiomis paslaugomis, taip pat taikomos jų teikėjų sąlygos. Už sistemas, kurias organizatorius pats prijungia prie platformos, ir už į jas perduotų duomenų naudojimą atsako organizatorius.

API prieigos raktai yra konfidencialūs. Jų negalima perduoti tretiesiems asmenims.

10. Integrations and third-party services

The platform may be connected to other systems: the payment platform, Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, an organiser’s ticketing system, a CRM, the API and webhooks.

When these services are used, their providers’ terms also apply. The organiser is responsible for systems it connects to the platform and for how data passed to them is used.

API keys are confidential and may not be shared with third parties.

11. Prieigos sustabdymas ir paskyros panaikinimas

Jei naudotojas pažeidžia šias taisykles ar teisės aktus, galime apriboti ar sustabdyti prieigą, pašalinti turinį arba panaikinti paskyrą.

Apie tai naudotoją informuojame ir nurodome priežastį, išskyrus atvejus, kai to daryti negalime dėl teisės aktų ar saugumo.

Esant nedideliam pažeidimui, pirmiausia paprašome jį ištaisyti. Prieigą nedelsiant sustabdome, kai kyla grėsmė kitiems naudotojams, jų duomenims ar platformos saugumui.

11. Suspension and account deletion

If a user breaches these terms or the law, we may restrict or suspend access, remove content or delete the account.

We inform the user and give the reason, unless the law or security considerations prevent us from doing so.

For a minor breach we first ask for it to be corrected. We suspend access immediately where there is a risk to other users, their data or the security of the platform.

12. Atsakomybė

VeloxEntry atsako už platformos veikimą pagal šias taisykles. VeloxEntry neatsako už renginių turinį, kokybę, saugumą, atšaukimą ar nukėlimą. Už tai atsako organizatorius.

VeloxEntry neatsako už nuostolius, atsiradusius dėl naudotojo pateiktų netikslių duomenų, prisijungimo duomenų atskleidimo ar trečiųjų šalių paslaugų sutrikimų.

Organizatoriams VeloxEntry atsakomybė ribojama taip, kaip nustatyta paslaugų teikimo sutartyje arba pirkimo taisyklėse.

Šios taisyklės neriboja atsakomybės už tyčia ar dėl didelio neatsargumo padarytą žalą ir neriboja vartotojų teisių, kurių negalima apriboti pagal teisės aktus.

12. Liability

VeloxEntry is responsible for the operation of the platform under these terms. VeloxEntry is not responsible for the content, quality, safety, cancellation or postponement of events. The organiser is responsible for these.

VeloxEntry is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate data provided by a user, disclosure of login details or failures of third-party services.

For organisers, VeloxEntry’s liability is limited as set out in the service agreement or the terms of purchase.

These terms do not limit liability for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, nor any consumer rights that cannot be limited by law.

13. Asmens duomenys

Kaip tvarkome asmens duomenis, kokiais tikslais ir kokias teises turite, aprašyta privatumo politikoje.

Renginio dalyvių duomenų valdytojas yra renginio organizatorius. Su klausimais apie konkretaus renginio duomenis pirmiausia kreipkitės į jį. Galite kreiptis ir į mus, persiųsime klausimą organizatoriui.

13. Personal data

How we process personal data, for what purposes and what rights you have is described in the privacy policy.

The controller of event attendees’ data is the event organiser. For questions about a specific event’s data, contact the organiser first. You can also contact us and we will pass the question on to the organiser.

14. Pranešimai apie pažeidimus

Jei pastebėjote taisyklių pažeidimą, netinkamą turinį, nepageidaujamas žinutes ar saugumo spragą, parašykite info@veloxentry.com.

Pranešimą įvertiname per 5 darbo dienas. Apie saugumo spragas prašome pranešti tik mums ir jų neskelbti viešai, kol jos nepašalintos.

14. Reporting breaches

If you notice a breach of these terms, inappropriate content, unsolicited messages or a security issue, email info@veloxentry.com.

We assess reports within 5 business days. Please report security issues only to us and do not disclose them publicly until they are fixed.

15. Taisyklių keitimas

Šias taisykles galime keisti. Nauja redakcija skelbiama šiame puslapyje, nurodant jos numerį ir įsigaliojimo datą.

Apie esminius pakeitimus paskyras turinčius naudotojus informuojame el. paštu arba platformoje. Organizatoriams pranešame ne vėliau kaip prieš 30 dienų.

Toliau naudodamiesi platforma po pakeitimų įsigaliojimo, sutinkate su nauja redakcija. Nesutikdami galite nustoti naudotis platforma ir panaikinti paskyrą.

15. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms. A new version is published on this page with its version number and effective date.

Users with an account are informed of material changes by email or on the platform. Organisers are notified at least 30 days in advance.

By continuing to use the platform after the changes take effect, you accept the new version. If you do not agree, you can stop using the platform and delete your account.

16. Taikoma teisė ir ginčai

Šioms taisyklėms taikoma Lietuvos Respublikos teisė.

Ginčus pirmiausia stengiamės išspręsti derybomis. Parašykite info@veloxentry.com, atsakysime per 14 dienų.

Vartotojas, nepatenkintas mūsų atsakymu, gali kreiptis į Valstybinę vartotojų teisių apsaugos tarnybą (Vilniaus g. 25, Vilnius, tarnyba@vvtat.lt, vvtat.lrv.lt) arba į teismą.

Kiti ginčai sprendžiami Lietuvos Respublikos teismuose pagal VeloxEntry buveinės vietą.

16. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania.

We first try to resolve disputes by negotiation. Email info@veloxentry.com and we will reply within 14 days.

A consumer who is not satisfied with our reply may contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (Vilniaus g. 25, Vilnius, tarnyba@vvtat.lt, vvtat.lrv.lt) or the courts.

Other disputes are resolved by the courts of the Republic of Lithuania at VeloxEntry’s registered address.
