The attendee holds the QR ticket to the reader. Without a ticket they find themselves by name or register as a walk-in.

Works offline
Check-in keeps going if the connection drops. Data syncs when it is back. We also carry a backup 4G/5G connection.
Kiosks sized to your flow
One kiosk handles up to 250 people in the peak hour. For a 2,000-person event we usually set up 8 kiosks.
Walk-in registration
Unregistered guests enter their own details. Names are spelled right.
Staff alerts
When a VIP arrives or someone needs help, the responsible person gets a notification on their phone.
