2. The essence: the roles of VeloxEntry and the Organizer

VeloxEntry operates as an online marketplace where independent Organizers list, promote, and sell Tickets, registrations, or Vouchers for their Events. VeloxEntry provides the technical platform through which Tickets are sold and payments collected, but the Event itself is organised by, and is the responsibility of, the Organizer. The purchase contract for a Ticket is formed between you and the Organizer, and VeloxEntry is not a party to that contract. VeloxEntry acts as a technical and payment intermediary, accepting your payment on behalf of and for the benefit of the Organizer.

This means:

• The Organizer decides on the Event's date, venue, programme, price, and ticket quantities, as well as the specific conditions for refunds, exchanges, and event postponement or cancellation, published on the Event page.
• VeloxEntry ensures the Platform's technical operation, Ticket delivery, payment collection via the payment institution Maksekeskus, and carries out refunds when instructed in writing by the Organizer.
• If you have questions about the Event itself, contact that Event's Organizer first, as listed on the Event page or your Ticket confirmation.

These Terms do not apply to the Organizer's own separate purchase of VeloxEntry services as a VeloxEntry customer. That relationship is governed by a separate Service Agreement between VeloxEntry and the Organizer.

3. Formation of the contract

To order a Ticket, you fill in the registration form and, if the Event is paid, make a payment on the Platform. Before payment or registration confirmation, you must confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. The order cannot be completed without this confirmation.

The contract for the Ticket between you and the Organizer is considered formed from the moment VeloxEntry confirms that payment has been received, or, if the Event is free, from the moment registration is confirmed. An order confirmation is sent to the email address you provided.

In accepting payment, VeloxEntry acts on behalf of and for the benefit of the Organizer. VeloxEntry is not a party to the Ticket sale contract, so an invoice or receipt for the Ticket may be issued by the Organizer, or by VeloxEntry on their behalf, depending on the Organizer's billing arrangement.

4. Prices, fees and payment

The Ticket price is set by the Organizer. VeloxEntry may add its own service, administration, or delivery fee on top of it. The final price shown on the checkout page before payment is the total amount payable, including all applicable fees. Once a purchase is completed, it is considered final.

Vouchers and gift cards. A purchased Voucher must be used within its validity period, as stated at the time of purchase. A Voucher is not exchangeable for cash, except where required by the law of your country of residence.

Payments are processed via Maksekeskus AS Lithuanian branch (Konstitucijos pr. 21A, LT-08105 Vilnius, reg. no. 307639352), the Lithuanian branch of Estonia-licensed payment institution Maksekeskus AS. Depending on the method chosen, payment is made directly via your bank (Swedbank, SEB, Luminor) or via a payment initiation service (Artea, Citadele).

Your card and online banking details are received and processed only by Maksekeskus or your bank. VeloxEntry does not see or store this data. See the Privacy Policy for more detail.

If payment fails or is not confirmed within the set time, the registration or Ticket is not confirmed, and your place at the Event is not reserved.

5. Ticket delivery and use

Tickets are delivered electronically, typically by email and in the Platform app, immediately or shortly after payment or registration is confirmed. Each Ticket has a unique QR or RFID code, which is checked at check-in.

A Ticket code is intended for single use. If the same code has already been used to enter the Event, a repeat presentation of it may be rejected as an already-used Ticket.

You are responsible for keeping your Ticket secure and not distributing it to third parties. Neither VeloxEntry nor the Organizer is liable if another person used your Ticket because it, or its code, was forwarded, published, or otherwise made accessible to third parties.

If you lose access to your Ticket, contact the Organizer or VeloxEntry support at info@veloxentry.com, providing your order number and registration details.

6. Accuracy of registration data

You are responsible for providing accurate and correct data at registration, including your first and last name, email, and any other data requested by the Organizer.

If incorrect data you provided prevents you from entering the Event or receiving your Ticket, neither VeloxEntry nor the Organizer is liable for any resulting losses.

If you notice an error in the data you provided, you can correct it via your Platform account or by contacting the Organizer before the Event begins.

7. The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to tickets

This means that once you have bought a Ticket and later change your mind about attending, you generally cannot demand a refund solely on the basis of withdrawing from the contract within 14 days of purchase. Specific Ticket refund and exchange conditions are set by the Organizer, see Section 8.

8. Ticket refunds, exchanges, event cancellation or postponement

Because these Terms apply to all Events on the Platform, and each Event differs in nature, pricing and circumstances, the specific conditions for Ticket refunds, exchanging for a different date, and changing the named participant are set and published by the Organizer on the Event page. Before buying a Ticket, review the specific Event's conditions.

Once the Organizer confirms and instructs it, VeloxEntry technically carries out the refund through the payment system, typically within 14 calendar days of confirmation, to the extent the Organizer has provided the necessary funds for it. If the Organizer does not provide the necessary funds, your right to a refund under this section remains, and you may pursue it directly with the Organizer or the authorities listed in Section 16. Receiving the funds may take additional time depending on your bank's or payment provider's processing schedule.

Where a Ticket was purchased at a discount or during a promotion, the refunded amount corresponds to the amount actually paid. VeloxEntry's own service or administration fee, referred to in Section 4, is not refunded, since the Platform's ticketing service was rendered at the time of purchase. This does not apply where restricted by the consumer protection law of your country of residence.

9. Force majeure

Neither VeloxEntry nor the Organizer is liable for failure to perform obligations, or for changes to the Event, arising from circumstances they could not control and could not reasonably have foreseen when the contract was formed. This includes, without limitation, natural disasters, epidemics, decisions of state authorities, a state of war, or widespread transport disruption.

In such a case, the Organizer informs Participants of the change, postponement, or cancellation of the Event as soon as possible, and applies a refund or replacement procedure that complies with applicable law.

10. Code of conduct at the event

To enter the Event, you must present a valid Ticket, printed or digital. During the Event you must follow the rules set by the Organizer and the venue, safety instructions, the dress code, and staff directions.

The Organizer has the right to refuse entry to, or remove from, the Event a person who breaches these rules, behaves unethically or uses vulgar language, endangers the safety of other participants or staff, or disrupts the Event. In such a case, the Ticket price is generally not refunded, unless the Organizer's published conditions state otherwise.

Certain Events, for example those serving alcohol or with an age restriction, require proof of age or identity. You are responsible for carrying a valid government-issued identity document.

VeloxEntry does not organise or run the Event itself, and is therefore not liable for incidents occurring at the venue, on-site security, or staff actions. This is the responsibility of the Organizer and the venue operator.

11. Recordings and intellectual property

By attending the Event, you acknowledge that the Organizer, the venue, or their authorised representatives may photograph, film, or otherwise record the Event for marketing or documentation purposes, and you grant the Organizer and its partners the right to use your image, actions, and voice in such recordings without additional compensation, subject to applicable data protection law. Information about this processing and your rights, for example the right to object, is provided by that Event's Organizer.

During the Event you must comply with the Organizer's and venue's rules on the use of your own cameras, audio recording devices, and professional filming equipment.

The intellectual property rights in the Platform, its design, the VeloxEntry trademark, and related content belong to VeloxEntry or its licensors. Copying, distributing, or otherwise using this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent is prohibited.

12. Use of networking and other features

If the Organizer has enabled networking or another additional Platform feature for the Event, by using it you agree to act in good faith: not to send unsolicited commercial messages to other participants, and not to collect other participants' data by automated means.

VeloxEntry reserves the right to restrict access to these features if they are used in breach of these Terms.

13. Account and account security

Using certain Platform features, for example storing tickets or networking, may involve creating an account.

You must keep your login credentials secure and notify VeloxEntry without delay if you suspect your account has been used without your permission.

You are responsible for actions carried out through your account, except where it is shown that these resulted from VeloxEntry's fault.

14. Prohibited conduct

When using the Platform and attending Events, you agree not to:

• provide incorrect, misleading, or falsified data during registration or purchase;
• resell a Ticket above its face value or through an unauthorised third-party platform, unless the Organizer has expressly permitted this or applicable law allows it;
• use automated means to acquire Tickets or collect data from the Platform;
• copy, forge, or attempt to bypass the security of a Ticket's QR or RFID code;
• disrupt the Platform's operation, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' data or the system.

If such a breach is established, VeloxEntry or the Organizer has the right to cancel the Ticket, refuse the registration, or restrict access to the Platform, without refunding the amount paid.

15. Limitation of VeloxEntry's liability

VeloxEntry ensures the Platform's technical operation, Ticket delivery, and payment intermediation. Neither VeloxEntry nor its directors or employees are liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Event or use of the Platform, including:

• the Event's content, quality, delivery, or the Organizer's failure to perform its obligations;
• safety incidents or harm to health occurring at the venue;
• temporary disruptions to third-party services, such as Maksekeskus, a bank, or an internet provider, which VeloxEntry cannot control.

Any claims for personal injury, property damage, or theft occurring at the Event must be addressed exclusively to the Organizer or the venue operator.

This limitation of liability does not apply to liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for intent or gross negligence, and mandatory consumer rights.

16. Handling complaints

For issues with the Platform's operation, payment, or Ticket delivery, contact VeloxEntry at info@veloxentry.com. We respond to complaints no later than 14 calendar days from receipt.

For issues with the Event's content, quality, or the Organizer's published conditions, contact that Event's Organizer directly, as listed on the Event page or your Ticket confirmation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, you have the right to contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority, Vilniaus g. 25, Vilnius, email tarnyba@vvtat.lt, or a court.

17. Personal data

To process your Ticket and enable your entry to the Event, the Platform shares your first name, last name, email, and registration data with the relevant Organizer.

The processing of personal data is governed in detail by a separate Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and which you must also review before ordering a Ticket.

18. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms and any transactions formed under them are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, regardless of its conflict of laws principles.

If you are a consumer residing in another European Union member state, this provision does not deprive you of the protection granted to you by the mandatory law of your country of residence, and you have the right to bring proceedings before the competent court of your own member state.

All disputes are first resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is resolved before the courts of the Republic of Lithuania, without prejudice to your right, as a consumer, to bring proceedings in your own country.

19. Changes to these terms

VeloxEntry may update these Terms, for example following a change in law or Platform functionality. A Ticket already purchased is governed by the Terms in effect at the time of purchase, unless the law requires otherwise.

We will publish material changes on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Platform after changes are published means you agree to them.
